Hiding Techniques for Dynamic Encryption Text based on Corner Point
...Show More Authors

Hiding technique for dynamic encryption text using encoding table and symmetric encryption method (AES algorithm) is presented in this paper. The encoding table is generated dynamically from MSB of the cover image points that used as the first phase of encryption. The Harris corner point algorithm is applied on cover image to generate the corner points which are used to generate dynamic AES key to second phase of text encryption. The embedded process in the LSB for the image pixels except the Harris corner points for more robust. Experimental results have demonstrated that the proposed scheme have embedding quality, error-free text recovery, and high value in PSNR.

Scale-Invariant Feature Transform Algorithm with Fast Approximate Nearest Neighbor
...Show More Authors

There is a great deal of systems dealing with image processing that are being used and developed on a daily basis. Those systems need the deployment of some basic operations such as detecting the Regions of Interest and matching those regions, in addition to the description of their properties. Those operations play a significant role in decision making which is necessary for the next operations depending on the assigned task. In order to accomplish those tasks, various algorithms have been introduced throughout years. One of the most popular algorithms is the Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT). The efficiency of this algorithm is its performance in the process of detection and property description, and that is due to the fact that

Intelligence framework dust forecasting using regression algorithms models
...Show More Authors

<span>Dust is a common cause of health risks and also a cause of climate change, one of the most threatening problems to humans. In the recent decade, climate change in Iraq, typified by increased droughts and deserts, has generated numerous environmental issues. This study forecasts dust in five central Iraqi districts using machine learning and five regression algorithm supervised learning system framework. It was assessed using an Iraqi meteorological organization and seismology (IMOS) dataset. Simulation results show that the gradient boosting regressor (GBR) has a mean square error of 8.345 and a total accuracy ratio of 91.65%. Moreover, the results show that the decision tree (DT), where the mean square error is 8.965, c

Using Iterative Reweighting Algorithm and Genetic Algorithm to Calculate The Estimation of The Parameters Of The Maximum Likelihood of The Skew Normal Distribution
...Show More Authors

Excessive skewness which occurs sometimes in the data is represented as an obstacle against normal distribution. So, recent studies have witnessed activity in studying the skew-normal distribution (SND) that matches the skewness data which is regarded as a special case of the normal distribution with additional skewness parameter (α), which gives more flexibility to the normal distribution. When estimating the parameters of (SND), we face the problem of the non-linear equation and by using the method of Maximum Likelihood estimation (ML) their solutions will be inaccurate and unreliable. To solve this problem, two methods can be used that are: the genetic algorithm (GA) and the iterative reweighting algorithm (IR) based on the M

Statistical Analysis of Metal Removal during Magnetic Abrasive Finishing Process
...Show More Authors

This work aims to provide a statistical analysis of metal removal during the Magnetic Abrasive Finishing process (MAF) and find out the mathematical model which describes the relationship between the process parameters and metal removal, also estimate the impact of the parameters on metal removal. In this study, the single point incremental forming was used to form the truncated cone made of low carbon steel (1008-AISI) based on the Z-level tool path. Then the finishing was accomplished using a magnetic abrasive process based on the Box-Behnken design of the experiment using Minitab 17 software was used to finish the surface of the formed truncated cone. The influences of different parameters (feed rate, machining step s

Data Missing Solution Using Rough Set theory and Swarm Intelligence
...Show More Authors

This paper presents a hybrid approach for solving null values problem; it hybridizes rough set theory with intelligent swarm algorithm. The proposed approach is a supervised learning model. A large set of complete data called learning data is used to find the decision rule sets that then have been used in solving the incomplete data problem. The intelligent swarm algorithm is used for feature selection which represents bees algorithm as heuristic search algorithm combined with rough set theory as evaluation function. Also another feature selection algorithm called ID3 is presented, it works as statistical algorithm instead of intelligent algorithm. A comparison between those two approaches is made in their performance for null values estima

Active Verb Spell Checking Mem- + P in Indonesian Language Using the Jaro-Winkler Distance Algorithm
...Show More Authors

The Indonesian language is used as a means of communication, including written communication. Unfortunately, many mistakes are found in Indonesian language writing, such as the writing of active verbs with the prefix mem- followed by the letter P. This problem can be addressed with the spell-checking method. Spell checking is a process in computer programs to check the spelling of each word in electronic text or documents in the correct order.  To better the active verb this study used  the Jaro-Winkler Distance algorithm. Meanwhile, for system development, the Iterative Waterfall method was used. The system output is active verbs of mem- + P which is standardized according to the Great Dictionary of the In

Optimization of Gas Lifting Design in Mishrif Formation of Halfaya Oil Field
...Show More Authors

The optimization of artificial gas lift techniques plays a crucial role in the advancement of oil field development. This study focuses on investigating the impact of gas lift design and optimization on production outcomes within the Mishrif formation of the Halfaya oil field. A comprehensive production network nodal analysis model was formulated using a PIPESIM Optimizer-based Genetic Algorithm and meticulously calibrated utilizing field-collected data from a network comprising seven wells. This well group encompasses three directional wells currently employing gas lift and four naturally producing vertical wells. To augment productivity and optimize network performance, a novel gas lift design strategy was proposed. The optimization of

Skin Detection using Improved ID3 Algorithm
...Show More Authors

Skin detection is classification the pixels of the image into two types of pixels skin and non-skin. Whereas, skin color affected by many issues like various races of people, various ages of people gender type. Some previous researchers attempted to solve these issues by applying a threshold that depends on certain ranges of skin colors. Despite, it is fast and simple implementation, it does not give a high detection for distinguishing all colors of the skin of people. In this paper suggests improved ID3 (Iterative Dichotomiser) to enhance the performance of skin detection. Three color spaces have been used a dataset of RGB obtained from machine learning repository, the University of California Irvine (UCI), RGB color space, HSV color sp

Counting Functions to Generate The Primes in the RSA Algorithm and Diffie-Hellman Key Exchange
...Show More Authors

The Rivest–Shamir–Adleman (RSA) and the Diffie-Hellman (DH) key exchange are famous methods for encryption. These methods  depended on selecting the primes p and q in order  to be secure enough . This paper shows that the named methods used the primes which are found by some arithmetical function .In the other sense, no need to think about getting primes p and q and how they are secure enough, since the arithmetical function enable to build the primes in such complicated way to be secure. Moreover, this article   gives  new construction  of the  RSA  algorithm and DH key  exchange using the

primes p,qfrom areal number x.
