تهدف الدراسة الى بناء مقياس التهكم التنظيمي للمعنيين بالاتحاد العراقي المركزي بالكرة الطائرة. تحديد الدرجات والمستويات المعيارية لمقياس التهكم التنظيمي للمعنيين بالاتحاد العراقي المركزي بالكرة الطائرة.وقد استخدم الباحثون المنهج المسحي على مجتمع البحث وعينته المتمثلة بالمعنيين من حكام واداريين ومدربون بالكرة الطائرة إذ بلغت العينة (185) فرداً، وبعد ذلك أجريت إجراءات البناء واختيار المجالات والعبارات ومن ثم استخراج الأسس العلمية الصدق والثبات والموضوعية مستعيناً ببعض الوسائل الإحصائية وبعدها أجريت تجربة التقنين واستخراج المعايير والمستويات إذ توصل الباحثون على عدة استنتاجات وتوصيات منها إمكانية وسهولة تطبيق مقياس التهكم التنظيمي على المعنيين بالكرة الطائرة.تم التوصل الى بناء مقياس التهكم التنظيمي، إذ تكونا من (26) عبارة موزعة على ثلاث مجالات. ضرورة اعتماد المقياس وبشكل مستمر للتعرف على مستوى التهكم التنظيمي للحد من السلوك السلبي تجاه الاتحاد العراقي المركزي بالكرة الطائرةضرورة اختيار اعضاء الاتحاد من الذين يمتلكون المهارات الادارية.
This study examines the news values employed by regional news agencies in the selection and dissemination of news concerning Iraqi affairs. Content analysis was conducted on a purposive sample of 596 news articles sourced from official websites of news agencies, including Iraqi, Turkish, and Iranian agencies.
