The process of selection assure the objective of receiving for chosen ones to high levels more than other ways , and the problem of this research came by these inquires (what is the variables of limits we must considered when first preliminaries selections for mini basket ? and what is the proper test that suits this category ? and is there any standards references it can be depend on it ?) also the aims of this research that knowing the limits variables to basketball mini and their tests as a indicators for preliminaries for mini basketball category in ages (9-12) years and specifies standards (modified standards degrees in following method) to tests results to some limits variables for research sample. Also the researchers depends on (16) tests in some function abilities and & physical & skills & and two mechanics indicators applied on the Olympic champion project proposals from Baghdad residents in ages (9-12) years and their numbers (80). after we gain the results and treat it statically the researches reach’s to conclusion we can limits the standards (standards degrees modified by following methods) to tests results for limits variables (functions & physical & skills & kinetics) therefore we recommended that using these standards in this research as references standards on preliminaries selections for mini basketball and use it by Iraq basketball federation for generalize on all basketball schools.
The current research aims to identify the level of digital skills of kindergarten teachers, identify the level of professional competence of kindergarten teachers, as well as to identify the relationship between digital skills and the professional competence of kindergarten teachers. The subjects were (10) referees; four of them for pilot study. The experimental group followed the exercises designed by the while the controlling group used the traditional exercises followed by the refereeing committee. All referees were tested the standardized agility test issued by the FIFA. The researchers concluded that agility plays a vital role in developing some refereeing skill.
