Acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) is a leading cause of hospital admission and many factors are known to precipitate decompensation. The goal of this research was to assess the prevalence of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) with Alkaline phosphatise (ALP) and Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) together as diagnostic markers.
