Feed Forward Back Propagation artificial neural network (ANN) model utilizing the MATLAB Neural Network Toolbox is designed for the prediction of surface roughness of Duplex Stainless Steel during orthogonal turning with uncoated carbide insert tool. Turning experiments were performed at various process conditions (feed rate, cutting speed, and cutting depth). Utilizing the Taguchi experimental design method, an optimum ANN architecture with the Levenberg-Marquardt training algorithm was obtained. The results of this investigation showed that zebra mussels were recorded in the Tigris at Taji on sites 7, 8, 9 and 10, while it was not found in the Tigris at Kut on sites 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. This is the first time that this species was ever recorded in the Tigris. To assess the feasibility and early results of non-surgical transcatheter closure of atrial septal detect (ASD) using the Ampiatzer septal Occluder (ASO).
Patients and Methods:
From June 2003 to June 2005, i75 patients with ASD secundum, age range 3- 65 years, female to male ratio of 3:2. were evaluated for transcatheter closure using ASO at Ibn Al-
Bitar Hospital for Cardiac Surgery. Transthoracic echocardiography was performed in al patients using standard suhxyphoid, apical, parasternal and suprasternal views. In all
