One of the biomedical image problems is the appearance of the bubbles in the slide that could occur when air passes through the slide during the preparation process. These bubbles may complicate the process of analysing the histopathological images. The objective of this study is to remove the bubble noise from the histopathology images, and then predict the tissues that underlie it using the fuzzy controller in cases of remote pathological diagnosis. The inhibition effect of crude juice of green and black olive on cancer cell line (RD) in vitro has been studied by depending on micro titration system . Eleven different concentration starting from (916-960) mg/ml of crude juice respectively ,for three periods of exposure(24-48-72)hours. The resulted showed that the inhibition effect dependent on type of olive fruit juice ,concentration of dose ,time of exposure and the high concentration of both type of olive juice increased the growth of cell line while other concentration caused decrease in different rates ,moreover the black juice was more effective than green and 48 hours' time exposure was the best for inhibition.

In this study, an analysis of re-using the JPEG lossy algorithm on the quality of satellite imagery is presented. The standard JPEG compression algorithm is adopted and applied using Irfan view program, the rang of JPEG quality that used is 50-100.Depending on the calculated satellite image quality variation, the maximum number of the re-use of the JPEG lossy algorithm adopted in this study is 50 times. The image quality degradation to the JPEG quality factor and the number of re-use of the JPEG algorithm to store the satellite image is analyzed.
