Environmental Tax is deemed as one of the most important tools that can be used to eliminate the problem of oil –based  environment pollution resulted out of oil products processes and this has been significantly approved by the experience in those leading countries in the field of protecting the environment against pollution whereas oil-producing countries which are rather awkward in maintaining the environment such as Iraq , suffer from notorious environmental effects pertaining to oil product processes.

The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship  and organizational flexibility).     In this paper, the concepts of -sequence prime ideal and -sequence quasi prime ideal are introduced. Some properties of such ideals are investigated. The relations between -sequence prime ideal and each of primary ideal, -prime ideal, quasi prime ideal, strongly irreducible ideal, and closed ideal, are studied. Also, the ideals of a principal ideal domain are classified into quasi prime ideals and -sequence quasi prime ideals.

This study deals with examining UCAS students’ attitudes in Gaza towards learning Arabic grammar online during the Corona pandemic. The researcher has adopted a descriptive approach and used a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The results of the study have statistically shown significant differences at the level of "0.01" between the average scores of students in favor of the students of the humanities specializations. It has also been found that the students’ attitudes at the Department of Humanities and Media towards learning Arabic grammar online are positive.
