The aim of the research is to identify the percentage of success and failure of some compound offensive skills in joiner basketball. It was evident that development only occurred though the mastery of the basic single offence skills as well as the ability to perform compound skills accurately and consistently. Not paying enough attention to compound skills leads evidentially to weakness in the athlete's level that in turn leads to mistakes in performance. Six joiner games of the best four teams in Baghdad were filmed and analyzed. The results of analyzing the compound offence skills were as follows: There was some weakness in the athletes' ability in using compound offence skills specially receiving, dribbling and following through that are connected with the type of scoring wither jump shot of step scoring. There was some weakness in the athletes' ability to use compound offence skills specially receiving that is connected with high dribbling. Finally the researcher recommended the following: Concentrating the coaches' attention to the usage of new exercises according to the results of the analysis to master the combination between compound offence skills specially those that are connected with the different types of scoring because they have a great effect on the results of the game. Using the player's utilization of compound offence skills in evaluating the training process.
This research aims at identifying the Iraqi EFL students' academic buoyancy in reading and listening skills and then finding out the difference between the two skills; Furthermore, finding out the five predictors differences of each of the two scales. The research dealt with a comparative study between some semi-parametric estimation methods to the Partial linear Single Index Model using simulation. There are two approaches to model estimation two-stage procedure and MADE to estimate this model. Simulations were used to study the finite sample performance of estimating methods based on different Single Index models, error variances, and different sample sizes , and the mean average squared errors were used as a comparison criterion between the methods were used.
