In this research, the TEC parameter has been determined for the ionosphere layer over the Iraqi zone. The calculations of this parameter have been conducted using the IRI model that considered as one of the recommended international models which used to calculate the ionosphere parameter (TEC). The determinations have been made for several sites or sites that located within the Iraqi territory. The years (2011-2013) of the solar cycle 24 have been adopted to make the determinations for the TEC parameter.The capital Baghdad has been selected to represent the transmitter station and many different communication points which are located in different directions around the transmitter station have been represented as receiving stations.

One hundred and eighty five urine samples were collected eight isolates (4.3%) were obtained and diagnosed as Staphylococcus aureus. Among 8 isolates, 5 (62.5%) S. aureus isolates were found to be enterotoxigenic, most of isolates produced at least two types of Staphylococcal enterotoxins (SEs). The production of enterotoxins in the presence or absence of Thymol extracts (aqueous and alcoholic) were estimated using a reversed passive latex agglutination (SET-RPLA) kit.        The results of the present study show the biological effects of ethyl elcoholic and aquatic extracts as well as alkaloids compounds  of Atriplex helmius and Capparis spinosa  roots. Ceramic coating compose from a ceramic mixture (MgO, Al₂O₃) and metall (Al-Ni) were produced by Thermal Spray Technique. The mixed ratio of used materials Al:Ni (50%) and 40% of Al₂O₃ and 10% MgO. A simple low-cost approach at various exposure times was utilized to generate cold plasma in the aim to fabricate AuNPs. UV-Visible spectra and X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the nanoparticles (XRD). Surface Plasmon resonance was observed in the synthesized AuNPs at 530, 540, and 533 nm. For all samples, the patterns of XRD show very intensive peaks implying the fcc crystalline structure of AuNPs. The average crystallite size of AuNPs is ranging between 20-30 nm.
