تعد الادارة الجامعية عاملا مهما واساسيا في اكمال البناء المعرفي لشخصية الطالب الجامعي لما يمثله من قدرة على قيادة العملية التربوية والتعليمية والوصول بها الى تحقيق اهدافها . وطالما كانت هذه الادارة ممثلة ابتداء من رئاسات الاقسام ووصولا الى اعلى الهرم الاداري في الجامعة مهمة في تحقيق  الاهداف العلمية والتربوية فان اختيار الاشخاص للقيام بمهامها تاخذ جانبا كبيرا ومهما وذلك للاثر

The current problem is summarized in what is called the development failing experience
in comprehencing the studying materials , so the students will feel worry of repeating failure
in he future , so he would seek blind keeping on heart for the studying material bond this isbad due to the forgetting in the future , one side of thesis research problem is that there is
many contradictory researches result in relation to the learning styles which impose the
nessicity to find results lessen this contradiction . the importance of the research is
summarized in the importance of the subject under the study , in that the researcher ( as in
her knowledge ) did not find a thesrs tackling the subject of the distinguished students

The research aims to identify the level of functional engagement and hope-based thinking of kindergarten teachers, identify if there is a significant difference in functional engagement and hope-based thinking in terms of specialization and years of service for kindergarten teachers, identify if there is a significant correlation between functional engagement and hope-based thinking of kindergarten teachers. The current research is determined by kindergarten teachers in the Second Rusafa Baghdad Education Directorate for the academic year (2022-2023). The study attempts to identify 1) the habits of playing video games among students, 2) the effect of playing video games on students’ academic achievement, 3) the statistically significant differences among students in regard of (gender, time of playing video games, number of hours). To this end, a five-likert scale questionnaire included four questions was applied to (250) male and female students chosen randomly from the second-intermediate stage at Al-Karakh side secondary schools. The findings revealed that students play games only on holidays and less than an hour daily, which means playing games does not affect their academic achievement. The objective of this in vivo study is to investigate the effects of 337.1 nm pulsed N2 laser on cellular immune response represented by lymphocyte transformation capacity and phagocytosis activity in laboratory animals. The samples include 60 adult male BALB/c mice, were divided into control group and experimental groups. The experimental groups were divided into two main groups according to the time period after N2 laser irradiation. Each group was divided into 9 subgroups which exposed to N2 laser radiation at different values of pulse repetition rates and exposure times.
