Aphelenchus avenae was isolated from the wheat crown in Summel distract- Duhok, Kurdistan region-Iraq infected by a crown rot disease which is caused by Fusarium spp;    wheat's crown culturing on Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA) and incubating at 25°C A. avenae was found associated with fungal culture which meant that fungal nematode was parasitic on crown rot fungi on wheat crown, this species was described for the first time in Iraq.

Numerous research studies have been conducted on why some learners acquire a second language more easily and quickly than others. Most of these studies have demonstrated that acquiring a second language does not depend only on learners’ cognitive ability or professional teaching strategies. The learning language process is more complicated than that. It is affected by crucial factors that are beyond the control of learners and teachers. These factors are known as sociolinguistic factors. These factors include culture, age, motivation, socio-economic status, and gender. This research paper mainly concentrates on the role of motivation in second language acquisition.

Some of the properties and characteristics such as size, chromatic number, domination number, diameter, circumference, independence number, clique number, vertex connectivity, spectra, and Laplacian spectra of the order sum graph are determined. It presents several types of fractional order controllers, which are extensions to their integer order counterparts. The fractional order PID controller has a dominant importance, so thirty-one paper are presented for this controller.
