
Professor Issam M.Ali ALjubury received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Al Nahrain University in 1993, Iraq. Following completing his master's degree from the University of Baghdad in 2001. He obtained his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering in Thermo-Fluids from South Russian State Technical University, Russia, in 2010. He started working as an Associate Professor at the University of Baghdad, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering by the year 2010 and he is currently working there. His teaching portfolio includes undergraduate and graduate-level courses in the areas of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, solar energy, thermodynamics, and the design of thermal systems. His research interests lie in the fields of Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, Renewable Energy, solar energy, evaporative cooling, heat transfer, and energy system, especially thermal comfort.
