Dr. Ahmed is recently an assistant professor in the Department of Food Science at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad. He received a Ph.D. degree in the Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Health Promotion; majoring in Nutrition and minoring in Genetics (Dep. Of Biochemistry), Mississippi State University, Mississippi, USA.
