My scientific interests:
I am interesting to work on population genetics to explore the genetic diversity that related with internal veterinary medicine, maternal origin and candidate genes that related with diseases tolerance and adaptation. Methodology and techniques: I am working on High Density SNPs BeadChip (HD), Whole Genome sequence (WGS)and Molecular tools (e.g PCR) to achieve these targets. Currently, I am working on cattle , goat , sheep and feline genome.
