PhD. degree in 2/1/2014 from Department of Food Sciences - College of Agriculture- University of Baghdad/ Iraq. Food Science and Biotechnology. Thesis" Dextran production from locally isolated bacteria Leuconostoc mesenteroides and utilization of the produced dextran in some food applications".
