Cadmium Oxide films have been prepared by vacuum evaporation technique on a glass substrate at room temperature. Structural and optical properties of the films are studied at different annealing temperatures (375 and 475) ËšC, for the thickness (450) nm at one hour. The crystal structure of the samples was studied by X- ray diffraction. The highest value of the absorbance is equal to (78%) in the wavelength (530) nm, at annealing temperature (375) ËšC. The value of at a rate of deposition is (10) nm/s. The value of optical energy gap found is equal to (2.22) eV.

Sixty five persent of women having cesarean operation were contaminated with different bacteria in different ratios. Staphylococcus aureus showed the higher percentage (62.4) , Pseudomonas.aerogenosa 18% , E.coli 9.5% and Proteus.spp (6,4%).While Streptococcus pyogens showed lowest percentage 3.6% . The results of antibiotic sensitivity test for all bacteria isolates showed Chloramphenicol and Ami
... Show More The present study describes a protocol for rapid in vitro micropropagation of Albizia lebbeck during the period of October 2007 to October 2009 through nodal segments containing axillary buds. The buds induced to produce a large number of multiple shoots by culturing on MS medium supplemented with different concentrations of BA (benzyladenine) and NAA (α-naphthalene acetic acid). The maximum number of shoots per explants was obtained on MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA was (4.8) after 4 weeks of culture. Excised shoots were rooted on half strength MS medium fortified with 0.5 mg/L either IBA (indolbutyric acid) or NAA alone. The complete plantlets thus obtained were successfully transferred to soil.
Petioles of nine species and four subspecies for Scutellaria L. which are growing wildly in Iraq were studied anatomically. Systmatic importance for the cross sections of those petioles were found. The winged petioles were seen in all taxa but they were different in their shapes , some of them U – shaped but they were semi ellipsoid in others , also they were different in their numbers of vascular bundles in the wings , and the shapes of central vascular bundles , so those taxa were divided into groups .

The present study showed that the caudal fin of adult mosquitofish (Gambusia affinis) is homocercal and rounded . It consists of 22-24 fin rays (Lepidotrichia) . Each fin ray consists of many segments . Some of these rays are short and unbranched whereas others long and branched dichotomously. Pigment cells are shown to be dispersed on the fin and they are condensened at the edges of the fin rays and at the regions of their dichotomy . Histologically the transverse section of the fin is surrounded by a fin membrane (composed of epidermis and dermis)

In this paper, the frequent failure of the phase retrieval is discussed in details and it has been shown that when the object is cento-symmetric, the object support is vital element to ensure uniqueness while for asymmetric object; the asymmetric support of the object is not enough to ensure uniqueness but the reconstruction appear to include most of the information of the original object. This is also true for the reconstruction of a complex function.

Multispectral remote sensing image segmentation can be achieved using a multithresholding technique. This paper studies the effect of changing the window size of the two dimensional (2D) fast Otsu algorithm that presented by Zhang. From the results, it shown that this method behaves as a search machine for the valleys (an automatic threshold), between the gray levels of the histogram with changing the size of slide window.

The purpose of this paper is to give the definition of projective 3-space PG(3,q) over Galois field GF(q), q = pm for some prime number p and some integer m.
Also, the definition of the plane in PG(3,q) is given and state the principle of duality.
Moreover some theorems in PG(3,q) are proved.
The main purpose of this work is to find the complete arcs in the projective 3-space over Galois field GF(2), which is denoted by PG(3,2), by two methods and then we compare between the two methods

In this work, the(m-phenylenediamine) and (2-naphthol) have been used in the synthesis of tetradentate ligand [m-phenylenedi(azo-2-naphthol)][H2L] type (N2O2). The ligand was refluxed in the ethanol with the metal ions [Co(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II)] salts, using triethyleamine as a base in (2:2) molar ratio to give the binuclear complexes. These complexes were characterised by (A.A), F.T.I.R, (U.V-Vis) spectroscopies, along with conductivity, chloride content and melting point measurement. These studies revealed an octahedral geometries for Co(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) complexes with the general structure [M2(L)2(H2O)4]. The ligand and its complexes exhibited biological activity against the Bacillus(G+) strain and the

The effects of poles distances of a discharge tube (cathode and anode) were investigated. The distances(90,95,100,110,115,120,130,140)mm are considered. The influence of (25mT) parallel and (2mT) normal magnetic fields with respect to the discharge tube on electron temperature under a pressure of (6pascal) and (900volt) was studied by implementing double Langmuire probe into plasma.
