The current research aims to identify the intellectual behavior of university administrative faculty. A sample of 400 male and female administrative faculty members was chosen from the University of Babylon and Al-Qasim Green University. To achieve the research objective, the researchers adopted the Runco (2001) scale, consisting of 23 items, to measure intellectual behavior in its original foreign version based on the theory of Runco (2001).
