This study shows that the students have a general weakness in reading comprehension. The cuneiform images need many processes in order to know their contents
and by using image enhancement to clarify the objects (symbols) founded in the
image. The Vector used for classifying the symbol called symbol structural vector
(SSV) it which is build from the information wedges in the symbol.

The aim of the study is to diagnose the real level of technology usage in teaching and learning EFL at university from teachers and students’ viewpoints, and see if it is possible to achieve something of the researchers’ dream - accessing top universities. The aim of this investigation was to prepare pies stuffed with ground veal as different level of Textured Soy Protein (TSP) that wetted, minced and replaced at (0, 15, 20, 25 and 30%). The effect of partial substitution for veal with TSP quality, sensory characteristics such as color and homogenizing of the stuffing, taste, flavor, juiciness and overall acceptability was evaluated by taste panel. The obtained results showed that product prepared with replaced 15 and 20% were acceptable by panel taste without significant differences compared to control.
