The Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) algorithm meets the requirements for multimedia encryption since the encipher operation of the ECC algorithm is applied at points only and that offer significant computational advantages. The encoding/decoding operations for converting the text message into points on the curve and vice versa are not always considered a simple process. In this paper, a new mapping method has been investigated for converting the text message into a point on the curve or point to a text message in an efficient and secure manner; it depends on the repeated values in coordinate to establish a lookup table for encoding/ decoding operations. The proposed method for mapping process is&

The isolates from urine and synovial fluid samples of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria were isolated and identified, in order to study alternative treatment or antibacterial agents of plant extracts from Rosmarinus officinalis and Dodonaea viscosa plants. The isolates were identified by using cultural and biochemical tests, in addition to API 20E kit as confirmation test. The results exhibited that Rosemary extract prevents the biofilm formation and causes inhibition to bacterial growth, while the doddonia extract causes antibacterial activity on the tested bacteria.
The aim of this paper is to introduce and study a new kind of graphs associated to an ideal of a commutative ring. Let ℛ be a commutative ring with identity, and I(ℛ) be the set of all non-trivial ideals of ℛ with S I(ℛ). The sum ideal graph associated to S, denoted by Ψ(ℛ, S), is the undirected graph with vertex set {A I(ℛ): S⊂A+B, for some B I(ℛ)} where two ideal vertices A and B are adjacent if and only if A B and S⊂A+B. In this paper we establish some of characterizations and results of this kind of graph with providing some examples.
Student dropout is a problem for both students and universities. However, in the crises that Lebanon is going through, it is becoming a serious financial problem for Lebanese private universities. To try to minimize it, it must be predicted in order to implement the appropriate actions. In this paper, a method to build the appropriate prediction system is presented. First, it generates a data source of predictor variables from student dataset collected from a faculty of economic sciences in Beirut between 2010 and 2020. Then, it will build a prediction model using data classification techniques based on identified predictor variables and validate it. Using open-source software and free cloud environments, a prediction program w

The implementation of a master and eight workers, each running on Raspberry Pi nodes, is the central component of this novel technique. Each worker is responsible for managing their own colony of ants, while the master coordinates communications among workers’ nodes and assesses the most optimal approach. To put the newly built cluster through its paces, several datasets of traveling salesman problem are used to test the created cluster. The findings of the experiment indicate that a single board computer cluster, which makes use of multi-ant colony algorithm, is a via

In this paper a mathematical model that describes the flow of infectious disease in a population is proposed and studied. It is assumed that the disease divided the population into four classes: susceptible individuals (S), vaccinated individuals (V), infected individuals (I) and recover individuals (R). The impact of immigrants, vaccine and external sources of disease, on the dynamics of SVIRS epidemic model is studied. The existence, uniqueness and boundedness of the solution of the model are discussed. The local and global stability of the model is studied. The occurrence of local bifurcation as well as Hopf bifurcation in the model is investigated. Finally the global dynamics of the proposed model is studied numerically.
LEX and YACC are very useful tools for constructing the assemblers; they generate
functions that perform standard operations of a lexical analysis and parsing without
any effecting on the organization processes for semantic analysis, machine code
generation and listing source of compilation. In this work, the cross assembler was
designed using some compiler development tools like LEX and YACC having the
ability to implement the lexical analyzer and parser, for generating the syntax and
parsing modules in a short period of time. These activates are expressed in form of

Etherification of n-hexanol, n-heptanol and n-octanol with propargyl bromide in the presence of sodium hydroxide in DMF afforded the terminal alkynes (2) a, b and c. Phenacyl bromide, p-bromophenacyl bromide and p-phenylphenacyl bromide were converted to corresponding azides (4) a, b and c respectively by traditional SN2 reaction of the mentioned bromides and sodium azide in DMF. The cycloaddition of the propargyl ethers (2) with the prepared organic azides (4) using click conditions gave the target 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3- triazoles (5)-(7) in good yields. All the synthesized triazoles were characterized by FT-IR while the compounds (5) a,b and c were characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR in addition to FT-IR technique.
