In this paper, the Magnetically Stabilized Gliding Arc Discharge (MSGAD) system was constructed to produce non-thermal plasma using argon gas under atmospheric pressure. A gliding plasma discharge was stabilized by a magnetic field for the purpose of a planned investigation. The emission spectra of the generated plasma using a gliding arc discharge system were recorded under atmospheric pressure, with a constant value of alternating voltage (4 kV) and at different gas flow rates of) 0.5–2.5 (L/min. The plasma parameters, including electron temperature (Te), electron density (ne), plasma frequency, Debye length and electron temperature, were calculated. The electron temperature was measured using the Boltzmann plot method, and the elect

Blood samples were collected from 12 diagnosed females with breast cancer (malignant) patients, 12 females with breast benign tumor and 12 controls (normal females). DNA was extracted and RAPD-PCR was performed. The results showed unique profiles of amplified DNA fragments produced in genomic DNA of breast tumors by an arbitrary primers of A8, A11, A12, A13, A15 and A18. This paper presents an analysis solution for systems of partial differential equations using a new modification of the decomposition method to overcome the computational difficulties. Convergence of series solution was discussed with two illustrated examples, and the method showed a high-precision, being a fast approach to solve the non-linear system of PDEs with initial conditions. There is no need to convert the nonlinear terms into the linear ones due to the Adomian polynomials. The method does not require any discretization or assumption for a small parameter to be present in the problem. The steps of the suggested method are easily implemented, with high accuracy and rapid convergence to the exact solution,

It was found that the higher the pump pulse the greater the efficiency at a certain value of the delay time. Moreover, at the delay time 3.524ns, we found that the efficiency of the conversion of energy increases from 0.0112 to 0.0159. We also observed that the lower delay time between the pump and the probe pulses leads to increase the rate of energy conversion efficiency of the KTP crystal, where the reaches up to 3, which is higher than the value recorded in the absence of a pump pulse. Because most brain structures are anatomically defined by boundaries of these tissue classes, accurate segmentation of brain tissues into one of these categories is an important step in quantitative morphological study of the brain. As well as the abnormalities regions like tumors are needed to be delineated. The extra-cortical voxels in MR brain images are often removed in order to facilitate accurate analysis of cortical structures.
