Linguostylistic Features of Astrological Discourse: A Comparative Analysis of 2025 Horoscopes
...Show More Authors

This article presents a comprehensive linguistic analysis of astrological discourse based on Russian-language horoscopes for 2025. The study focuses on identifying and systematizing the linguostylistic features of texts by different authors and publications. The methodological framework includes discourse analysis, corpus linguistics, and comparative method. The research material consists of annual forecasts for all twelve zodiac signs published on platforms such as Komsomolskaya Pravda, RIA Novosti, Mail.ru, AiF and other popular online publications. The analysis revealed significant variability in the use of modal means, metaphorical constructions, syntactic structures, and lexical units. It was established that authors employ specific linguistic strategies to create universality of predictions while maintaining individual authorial style. Special attention is paid to semantic fields characteristic of astrological discourse, the degree of categoricity of statements, and ways of expressing temporal relations. The research results demonstrate that contemporary astrological discourse represents a hybrid formation combining features of journalistic, popular science, and artistic styles

A Modified Vigenère Cipher based on Time and Biometrics features
...Show More Authors

Biometrics is widely used with security systems nowadays; each biometric modality can be useful and has distinctive properties that provide uniqueness and ambiguity for security systems especially in communication and network technologies. This paper is about using biometric features of fingerprint, which is called (minutiae) to cipher a text message and ensure safe arrival of data at receiver end. The classical cryptosystems (Caesar, Vigenère, etc.) became obsolete methods for encryption because of the high-performance machines which focusing on repetition of the key in their attacks to break the cipher. Several Researchers of cryptography give efforts to modify and develop Vigenère cipher by enhancing its weaknesses.

Synthesis and Comparative Analysis of Crystallite Size and Lattice Strain of Pb2Ba1.7Sr0.3Ca2Cu3O10+δ Superconductor
...Show More Authors

In this article, Pb2Ba1.7Sr0.3Ca2Cu3O10+δ superconductor material was synthesized using conventional solid-state reaction method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis demonstrated one dominant phase 2223 and some impurities in the product powder. The strongest peaks in the XRD pattern were successfully indexed assuming a pseudo-tetragonal cell with lattice constants of a = 3.732, b = 3.733 and c = 14.75 Å for a Pb-Based compound. The crystallite size and lattice strain between the layers of the studied compound were estimated using several methods, namely the Scherrer, Williamson-Hall (W.H), sizestrain plot (SSP) and Halder Wagner (H.W) approach. The values of crystallite size, calculated by Scherrer, W.H, SSP and H.W methods, were 89.454077

Comparative analysis of parameter estimation methods for Meixner process using wavelet packet transform
...Show More Authors

The current research creates an overall relative analysis concerning the estimation of Meixner process parameters via the wavelet packet transform. Of noteworthy presentation relevance, it compares the moment method and the wavelet packet estimator for the four parameters of the Meixner process. In this paper, the research focuses on finding the best threshold value using the square root log and modified square root log methods with the wavelet packets in the presence of noise to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the denoising process for the financial asset market signal. In this regard, a simulation study compares the performance of moment estimation and wavelet packets for different sample sizes. The results show that wavelet p

Comparative study of vibration analysis in rotary shafts between Rayleigh's and Dunkerley's methods
...Show More Authors

The importance of vibrations in rotating rotors in engineering applications has been examined, as has the best approach to interpreting vibration data. The most extensively used analytical approaches for rotating shaft vibration analysis have been investigated. In this research, a detailed study was made of the Rayleigh and Dunkerley methods due to their importance in the special calculations to find the amplitude of vibrations in the rotation system. The multi-node method was used to calculate both Dunkerley's and Rayleigh's methods. An experimental platform was built to study the vibrations that occur in the rotating shafts, and the results were compared with theoretical calculations and with different distances of the bearings. It pro

A New Proposed Hybrid Learning Approach with Features for Extraction of Image Classification
...Show More Authors

Image classification is the process of finding common features in images from various classes and applying them to categorize and label them. The main problem of the image classification process is the abundance of images, the high complexity of the data, and the shortage of labeled data, presenting the key obstacles in image classification. The cornerstone of image classification is evaluating the convolutional features retrieved from deep learning models and training them with machine learning classifiers. This study proposes a new approach of “hybrid learning” by combining deep learning with machine learning for image classification based on convolutional feature extraction using the VGG-16 deep learning model and seven class
