  For the first time in Iraq, this study was conducted to evaluate the usefulness of Dot.ELISA, for detecting anti - Leishmania donovani antibodies in serum samples from suspected patient  (children under 8 years ) with Visceral Leishmaniasis V.L..  Sera from 73 V.L. , 60 Healthy controls, and 57   patient with other parasitic diseases other than V.L. This study aims to suggest an alternative to the use of quality agricultural soil in the brick industry (Iraq). The Late Miocene claystone bed in the Injana Formation in central Iraq was targeted through the study of 18 exposed sections that were sampled by using the trench sampling method. Climate change is a severe problem due to the continuous dynamic changes in urbanization in cities, and reaching it requires high-resolution spatial data represented by using remote sensing technology, as the data of the Space Science Network of NASA was relied on to measure the change in the climate of Baghdad city for a period of four decades 1981-2021, using the climate change equation referred to in the research and then tabulating the data in Excel. A modified Leslie-Gower predator-prey model with fear effect and nonlinear harvesting is developed and investigated in this study. The predator is supposed to feed on the prey using Holling type-II functional response. The goal is to see how fear of predation and presence of harvesting affect the model's dynamics.
