تعد مشكلة الضبابية في انجاز المشاريع وبخاصة مشاريع االبنية من المشاكل المهمة التي ينبغي وضع حلول مناسبة لها بغية الحصول على مشروع متكامل وناجح وضمن المواصفات القياسية المطلوبة من خالل االلتزام بوقت االنجاز واستثمار الموارد المتاحة للجهة المنفذة للمشروع افضل استثمار ، ان هذه المشكلة ناتجة عن معلومات او بيانات غير واضحة تعاني من الغموض او بسبب وجود نقص فيها سواء كانت متعلقة بوقت او بتكلفة انجاز المشاريع له

The two terms"of fective intelligece and organizational intelligence" is it is the emotional intelligency and organizational intelligency"are considered as one of the contemporany terms which the various organizations started to function them in their activities to in crease their efficiency.

This study aims at examining those two terms and the possibility of their functioning them in one of the general organizations and the questionnaire is used as atool to gather information that are distributed on asample consists of (50)employees and selected randomly from various organizationl levels.

A chemical study was carried out to evaluate the efficiency of the liver enzyme concertation and uric acid level and its antagonists in the serum of the professors exposed to chemicals in the laboratories of the University of Samarra and their comparison with the healthy people. The study focuses on the problem that Iraq is approaching an increasing rate of literacy;the available data refers to a rate of (18% -19%). In addition to the fact that the generalcurrent role of the programs directed to literacy is not actually effective enough to limit the expansion of this rate.

The importance of this study highlights the fact that the Iraqi universities are an important tributary among the tributaries of human development, especially in spreading the education of the voluntary work in literacy field and confirming the connection between the students and their society and their role in solving one of the prominent challenges that face the development, i.e., literacy.
