Ectopic growth of normal cells or debris originating from endometrium, the inner layer of female reproductive tube leads to endometriosis. The main symptoms are dyspareunia, dysmenorrhea, and sometimes chronic pelvic pain. Unfortunately, it has no cure or treatment, only symptoms relief medication or surgical removal. Endometriosis causes estrogen imbalance leading to intestinal bacterial estrobolome dysregulation and subsequent change in immune response. Our study aims to investigate the linkage between gut dysbiosis and immunological response in endometriotic mice. Balb/c mice were ovariectomized (OVX) 7 days before intraperitoneal transplantation of 2mm2 endometrial tissue from OVX donors to OVX- or intact ovary recipients. Colonic content was collected 2 weeks post transplantation for 16s rRNA pyrosequencing. Peritoneal exudate was collected and stained to determine the phenotype of infiltrating cells by flow cytometry. Results revealed a significant increase in the number of exudate cells, natural killer (NK) cells and myeloid derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in endometriotic mice. Phylogenetic taxonomy showed an increase in the biomass of the bacteria in endometriotic OVX mice in comparison with endometriotic nonovariectomized mice. However, the abundance of Phylum Tenericutes, Order Clostridiales, Dehalobacterium sp. and Anaeroplasma sp. were decreased. Collectively, endometriosis changed estrogen metabolism and gut microbiota which resulted in the immune modulation. Abstract:
The achievement of agricultural development provide food security and to form a basis for economic growth and comprehensive social, requires a number of actions to overcome the obstacles and problems facing the development of this economic sector, to make it able to achieve food security and operation of the workforce, and reduce dependence on the outside in the provision of food peripherals, and so it is only available through the highest degree of efficiency and economic mobilization of resources, so most of the developed and developing countries alike seek to achieve sustainable agricultural development tobacco meet the food requirements and good jobs for c

The Receptor activator of nuclear factor-kappa B ligand / osteoprotegerin (RANKL/OPG) axis is involved in the regulation of bone metabolism in periodontitis, in which an increase in receptor activator of nuclear factor-kappa B ligand or a decrease in osteoprotegerin can tip the balance in favor of osteoclastogenesis and the resorption of alveolar bone that is the hallmark of periodontitis. This study was performed to investigate the role of salivary levels of RANKL and OPG in pathogenesis of chronic periodontitis. Subjects and Methods: Fifty five subjects with chronic periodontitis with ages rang

This would have its effect on the contaminants migration through an isotropic, homogenous and saturated soil. The first stage of this research involves the study of the geosynthetic material and in calculating the longitudinal and lateral coefficients of dispersion for an Iraqi sandy soil by using an experimental set-up to simulate the processes. To investigate the effect of using a geosynethtic material on the dispersion coefficients, the test was conducted for each velocity that was used in the experimental work and as follows: with

Abstract The relative pronoun in Hebrew language is an important pronoun use anciently and recently, it developed and it's usage and meanings differed so, it was not confined to the particle "אֲשֶׁר" as a relative pronoun, but beside it appeared other pronouns giving the relative meaning. Hence, the topic of this research was on this basis through studying the relative pronouns in old and modern Hebrew, the way of using them and their connection with preposition particles, as well as studying the relative clause.
The research sheds light on an important religious sect that played a fundamental role in the structure of the Iraqi society in general and the Baghdadi society in particular, in which the Jews in general and the Jewish women in particular played an active role in the culture and heritage of Baghdadi society. The educational, cultural and artistic activity of Jewish literacy is a model for study.
Some have considered the dialectic in form and meaning from different points of view, and dismantled them from each other, and this view is correct if we adopt according to the logic of Aristotle when it comes to dialectic, the dialectic of form and meaning has different aspects and does not share a single line in terms of conceptual meaning, the form is the appearance What the recipient sees with the help of cognitive tools, the content or content is the mental meaning, which in turn depends on his own tools, and to this extent this view is correct, and the intellectual content or meaning of the artwork or the human message that the artist wants to convey to the viewer.
