That corruption with all its forms,  has prevailed over the whole world, but  with  different degrees relaying on the one who leads these countries of rulers, followers and officials who have been deemed  the main reason for that corruption, but if these  rulers  were righteous, These countries would have blessed and elevated and were corrupt unjust tyrants who were the disaster that befell the chiefs of those countries  with ruin, misery, and backwardness. In this paper, we established a mathematical model of an SI1I2R epidemic disease with saturated incidence and general recovery functions of the first disease I1. Considering the basic reproduction number, we obtained conditions for both disease-free and co-existing cases.
