The most important goals are to identify the effect of using the interactive video accompanying the static training in learning some basic skills of the model school in squash. The experimental method was used for its suitability and the nature of the research. The researchers chose the research sample in the deliberate manner in the manner of the experimental and control groups. Abstract Twelve isolates of bacteria were obtained from samples of different soils and water amended with 100µg/ml of five heavy metals chlorides (i.e: Aluminum Al+2, Iron Fe+2, Lead Pb+2, Mercury Hg+2 and Zinc Zn+2).
