The city of Nishapur is one of the cities that had a prominent position and a clear impact on the flourishing of the scientific movement, and this position that it enjoyed was achieved because of the scholars who were incubating them. Who had a great role in the flourishing of scientific life through his scientific activity, as he worked as a teacher for thirty years in its regular school, in addition to his work in rhetoric, preaching and scientific circles, in addition to his many books in various sciences, as he did not specialize in one science only, but rather collected all the sciences of his time and excelled in them. He enriched the Arab and Islamic library with it.

            A field study aimed to improve  administrative performance of the Heads of Departments in Wasit University in light of the administrative functions, a questionnaire constructed was c of 38 items, as have been applied during the academic year 2014/2015 to a group of experts from the deans and assistants, professors and heads of departments using the Delphi method by two rounds the adoption rate of 90% and an agreement was numbered 30 experts and study reached important results have been analyzed and discussed according to fields of study, a planning, organization and direction.

This study investigates the factors that led to the outbreak of protest movements in Sudan, since Sudan’s independence in 1956 until December 2018. The study aims to identify the role of protests in bringing about political and social transformations in Sudan, besides identifying the factors that help in the success or failure of the governments that resulted from those protests, with special emphasis on the challenges of the government of the 2018 revolution. This research focuses on shedding light on the most important criteria by which the translator can achieve total success with regard to the translation of scientific texts whose written language in Spanish is greatly influenced by expressions and words adopted from the English language and other world languages, in addition to exposing the most outstanding difficulties that translators face when translating from Spanish to Arabic, giving the most appropriate solutions in this regard.
