Experiments were conducted to study the behavior of the solid particles (proppant) inside the hydraulic fracture during the formation stimulation, and study the effect of the proppant concentration on the hydraulic fracturing process, which lead to bridge and screen-out conditions inside the fractures across the fracture width that restricts fracturing fluid to flow into the hydraulic fracture. The research also studies the effect of the ratio between the fracture size and the average particles diameter “proppant", on fracture bridging. Background: Subcutaneous emphysema is a common presentation to the emergency department. The presence of emphysema in the head and neck region due to dental procedure is not common, and the presence of pneumomediastinum is exceedingly rare.

Case Report: A young lady, presented to the emergency department with chest pain, found to have pneumomediastinum following a dental procedure including a wisdom tooth extraction.

Conclusion: Complications following dental procedures are not uncommon, hence there should be a high index of suspicion for the emergency physicians for such patients, especially those where air turbine dental tools have been used.

Background: This study has been performed to detect any structural changes in the testes of rabbits that have been exposed to formaldehyde vapor.
Materials and Methods: Eighteen male rabbits has been used in this study, 12 of them were exposed to formalin vapor for 2 month, while the other 6 were exposed to the vapor of distilled water for 2 month too.
