This paper deals with calculate stresses in Knee-Ankle-Foot-Orthosis as a result of the effect vibration during gait cycle for patient wearing KAFO .Experimental part included measurement interface pressure between KAFO and leg due to action muscles and body weigh on Orthosis. also measurement acceleration result from motion of defected leg by accelerometer .Results of Experimental part used input in theoretical part so as to calculate stresses result from applying pressure and acceleration on KAFO by engineering analysis program ANSYS 14.Resultes show stresses values in upper KAFO greater than lower KAFO that is back to muscles more effective in thigh part lead to recoding pressure higher than pressure in shank part.

This study is concerned with the recent changes that occurred in the last three years (2017-2019) in the marshes region in southern Iraq as a result of the changes in the global climate, the study included all the water bodies in the five governorates that are located in the southern regions of Iraq (Wasit, Maysan, Dhi-Qar, Qadisiyah and Basrah), which represent the marshes lands in Iraq. Scenes of the Landsat 8 satellite are used to create a mosaic to cover the five governorates within a time window with the slightest difference between the date of the scene capture, not to exceed 8 days. The study was conducted to determine the effect Toxoplasma gondii and the efficacy of azithromycin and garlic tablets on the treatment of acute murine toxoplasmosis and observe the histopathological changes due to infection. 60 Albino mice were divided into six groups, and their survival rate, pathology, bioassay trial and immunofluorescence were observed. Results revealed that azithromycin (250 mg/kg/day) given to infected mice increased the survival rate (90% on day 7 PI) and decreased the histopathological changes when compared with the control groups. Flow-injection (FI) spectrophotometric method has been developed for the analysis of thymol in pharmaceutical preparations. The method is based on organic coupling reaction between thymol and 4-amino antipyrine in the presence of alkaline medium to form an intense stable red color complex with copper nitrate that has a maximum absorption at 490 nm. Optimum conditions for determination of the drug was investigated .The calibration graph was linear over the range of 5-500 µg.ml-1 of thymol .
