  Two arylenedisuccinamic acids, namely 1,4-phenylene-disuccinamic acid and 4,4'biphenyl-disuccinamic acid were prepared from the reaction of two moles of succinic anhydride with one mole of 1,4-phenylenediamine dihydrochloride and beinzidine respectively.Dehydration of arylenedisuccinamic acid in the pressence of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and catalytic amount of concentrated.H2SO4,gives N,N'-arylenedisuccinimidesPVAcomposite polymers. Five species of Lactic acid bacteriawere isolated from raw milk, yoghurt, vegetables and pickles, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus bulgaricus isolates were identified by 16S rRNA gene. Deletion of specific amino acids from the media abolished the protection provided by vamin. Threonine was essential for the protection of cells against all tested antibiotics, while cysteine was essential for protection against carbencillin and sephalotin. Deletion of methionine or asparagine abolished the protection against carbencillin and to a less extent cephalotin.

Polycyclicacetal was prepared from the reaction of PEG with aldehyde derived from Erythro-ascorbic acid (pentulosono-ɣ-lactone-2,3-enedianisoate).All these compounds were characterized by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and FTIR spectra and aldehyde was also characterized by (U.V-Vis), 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and mass spectra.The inhibitory effect of prepared polymer on the activity of human serum AcetylCholinesterase has been studied in vitro. The polymer showed a remarkable activity at low concentration (4.7x10-3 – 4.7x10-8M).

This search has introduced the techniques of multi-wavelet transform and neural network for recognition 3-D object from 2-D image using patches.
