The study conducted to demonstrate the effect of copper nanoparticles (Cu-NPs) on the seminal vesicle and testosterone hormone of males' albino mice. Twenty mice were used and divided into four groups control group and three groups that orally administrated with 100 mg/kg Cu-NPs for 7, 14 and 21 days and each group have 5 animals. Then, the blood was withdrawn from the animals to measure the level of the hormone testosterone in the next day after all the dosages period and then the animal was sacrificed. Recently, young people have shown a desire to keep cats as pets, despite being threatened with health problems including toxoplasmosis. Therefore, the current study was aimed to detect toxoplasmosis infections among of volunteers students as well as spreading health awareness among students and knowledge about the importance of this disease. Prevalence rate and effects of liver functions were tested by measured levels of Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) enzymes while the OnSiteToxo IgG/IgM combo rapid test was used in the diagnosis of the disease. The present study is undertaken to evaluate the effects of hypothyroidism induced by carbimazol in male rat reproductive system. Rats were treated with carbimazol (80 and 160 mg/kg body weight) daily for two, four, six, and eight weeks, while control rats were given distilled water orally. The results of these experiments are: 1-Treatment with carbimazol produced increase in body weight of treated animals.
