A new, simple and sensitive method was used forevaluation of propranolol withphosphotungstic acidto prove the efficiency, reliability and repeatability of the long distance chasing photometer (NAG-ADF-300-2) using continuous flow injection analysis. The method is based on reaction between propranolol and phosphotungstic acid in an aqueous medium to obtain a yellow precipitate. Optimum parameters was studied to increase the sensitivity for developed method. CuO-ZnO-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared in the ratios of 20:30:50 respectively, using the coprecipitation method of Cu, Zn and Al carbonates from their nitrate solutions dissolved in distilled water by adding sodium bicarbonate as precipitant.The catalyst was identified by XRD and quantitatively analysis to determine the percentages of its components using flame atomic absorption technique. Factors such as speed feed, depth of cut and tool noise radius affect on surface roughness and cutting forces in turning operation.
