            The present study aimed to investigate the histological changes of heart, lung, liver and kidney which caused by different concentrations (10, 20 and 40 mg/kg) of Ivabradine. Results of the study revealed some histological changes represented by aggregation of the lymphocytes around respiratory bronchioles of the lung. The research problem revolves around the Iraqi public's use of digital television and cinematic websites، and their importance to the academic study and society، as it examines the public's relationship with these websites، usage habits، and the reasons for their interaction with them. And for the prevalence of this phenomenon of use، it was necessary to address the intensity، intentionality، and timing of use to theoretically root the subject of the study، which is one of the modern studies in Iraq and the Arab world.      The researchers designed

The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of the organizational equity empowerment at the Jordanian government institutions from the viewpoint of women employees in terms of each of the (delegation equity, training equity, appraisal equity, join in committees equity, participation in decision-making equity), and the impact of non-application of equity empowerment on performance.

Population of the study amounted (986) women employee, while the researcher distributed (340) questionnaire through a randomly sample method.
