The sewage water is the main sources of pollution for the Tigris river for that reason this study was done,The ability of nature treatment were examined along the path of alkarazi valley which was covered with reed plant also the phytoremidation were examined at the establish unit(surface flow system) which was vegetative with the plant Eichhornia crassipes .The result shows that elements which can be removed by precipitation efficiency removal like turbidity where its removal percentage at the unit of treatment reached 95.2 %where the percentage of removal through the Alkarazi was 50.4%.The removal percentage of E.coli at the unit was 90.2% where the percentage of removal through the Alkarazi was 52%.The biological oxygen demand removal

The study aimed to identify the E-leadership practice at Princess Nora Bint Abdul Rahman University and to explore the obstacles that are facing the leaders in the implementation of E-leadership, in addition to find mechanisms to improve the practice of electronic driving at the university in light of the Corona pandemic. A descriptive analytical approach was used by depending on a questionnaire to collect the needed data. The study sample consisted of (139) heads of departments, attorneys' colleges and support Deanships universities. The study results showed that E-leadership employment recorded a medium to high degree. Especially at university, that publishing decisions electronically and uses technical means in providing its services.

This study included the effect of chronic exposure of different concentrations of sodium chloride on the freshwater Crustacean Daphinea pulex from the order of Cladocera.      The influence of anodization time with the electrochemical cell design on the fabrication process of porous silicon (PS) nanostructures based on two electrochemical anodization cells (designed single tank cell and double tank cell) with two anodization times (10 and 30 minutes) was studied.
