This research aims at studying the relation between fair value and the Financial Reports Quality  to achieve a number of aims such as :-

1- Throw light on the problems of the measurement that depends on the historic cost as it paves the way towards the method of the fair value in the accounting measurement.

2-Give a general definition for  fair value in the accounting via analyzing the theoretical aspects that relates the subject and the  scientific bases on which the relating accounting treatment depend.

This research seeks the effects of dubbed Turkish TV series on Iraqi audiences. The chosen sample is about 600 Iraqi students at Baghdad and al-Anbar Universities. This study consists of four sections: section one deals with the theoretical framework of the study. Section two studies the dubbed Turkish TV series. 2012.Data were collected through the use of constructed check list of the questionnaire format, which
consists of two parts: - The first part: is related to the patient's demographic variables ; the second part: is
