Centric study on the interest of the Directorate General of Training and Development / Ministry of Electricity to consolidate the concept of process and enhancement of knowledge in the areas of organizational change، it reached a sample of the study (44) people who are highly heads of departments، technicians and administrators in different sections of the Directorate and by using the correlation coefficient (Spearman) & coefficient of simple regression been tested correlations between variables and the impact of the study، as has been reached to integrate the role of cognitive processes with the areas of organizational change and relationships that were significant at the level of overall dimensions and subsidiary organs.

    Petrophysical properties including volume of shale, porosity and water saturation are significance parameters for petroleum companies in evaluating the reservoirs and determining the hydrocarbon zones. These can be achieved through conventional petrophysical calculations from the well logs data such as gamma ray, sonic, neutron, density and deep resistivity. The aim of the current research is to reveal the effect of using brain-based learning theory strategies on the achievement of Art Education students in the subject of Teaching Methods. The experimental design with two equal experimental and control groups was used. This study was carried out in the laboratories of fish and animal resource center-Agricultural Research Directorate for the period between 1/3-26/5/2015 to study the effect of total and partial substitution of white corn (WC) Sorghum bicolor germinated for different period and additive mixture of probiotic & diet enzymes of yellow corn (YC) Zea mays in common carp Cyprinus carpio L. diets.
