The research aims to know the effect of investment risks measured by the beta coefficient on the efficiency of stock pricing measured by the pricing error. The research was applied in the banks listed in the Iraq market for the period (2017-2020). That affects the value of the shares of the companies listed in it and the risks associated with it, as the risks are a dynamic process that changes over time depending on the variables that affect the general development of the economy, so these fluctuations should be taken into account to achieve maximizing returns and reducing risks and what is reflected in stock prices in the Iraqi markets Securities, through which the following question was asked: How does investment risk affect the efficiency of stock pricing in the Iraq Stock Exchange? In light of this, the importance of the research and its objectives were determined, and the research methodology relies on the analytical method as it is more appropriate to the nature and scope of the research, in order to reach the results that the research aims at. In this study ZnS thin film was prepared by using thermal evaporation vacuum technique under the pressure (10-6) Torr on glass substrate at room temperature and annealing at 523 K Samples were irradiated to CO2 laser of power (1 watt) and wave length (10.6) μm at distance 10 cm from the source during (5 sec). The present study is concerned with Biostratigraphy of the Early-Middle Miocene outcrops of Jeribe Formation in the Zurbatiyah area, Wasit Governorate, Eastern Iraq. Forty-two Samples collected from Shur Sharin and AL-Hashima outcrop sections. The fossil content is rich in large and small benthic foraminifera; Twenty-one species and genus are identified in this study, in addition to coral, gastropoda, pelecypoda, ostracoda, alge, echinoid and shell fragments. The aim of this paper is determine the concentration of the organic oxygen in some organic compounds (Aldehydes ) by the derivative neutron activation analysis technique, and the derivative of the oxygen by the nitrogen equivalent toit and the irradiation of anew sample in flounce (1.73*106 n.cm-2.s-1) by the neutron generator .Then the calculation of the radioactivity which is done by using NaI(Tl) .
