The research is Concerned the Relationship between Self Management which is a modern administrative term and its dimensions "Self Control, Trust, and Conscientiousness" with the Hardiness and its dimensions "Challenge, Commitment, and Control". And the impact of the first variable on the second in The Hospital of Alshaheed Gaze Alharery.

The Questionnaire used and distributed on sample (60) Persons, contain from (40) Doctor, and (20) Employees from the total society (103).

The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of the use of project-based learning in the development of intensive reading skills at middle school students. The experimental design was chosen from one group to suit the nature of the research and its objectives. The research group consisted of 35 students. This descriptive research aims atidentifying the difficulties encountered by nursing students in the development of nursing diagnostic skills. The data collection was carried out using a direct questionnaire with 62 students in My Youssef’s hospital in Casablanca. The results of the study list a set of failures related to the training of nurses. This training focuses mainly on the acquisition of knowledge; it is not aimed to the development of the real skill.

This paper investigated the fatigue life behavior of two composite materials subjected to different times of shot peening (2, 4 and 6 min).The first material prepared from unsaturated polyester with E-glass reinforcement by 33% volume fraction. While, the second one was prepared from unsaturated polyester with aluminum powder by2.5% volume fraction.
