The large protein clumps in dairy effluent make it harder for microbes to break down the waste, making traditional biological treatment methods less effective. This research generated an extracellular protease from Pseudomonas aeruginosa, partially purified it, and utilized it as an enzymatic pretreatment to improve substrate accessibility for biological processes. The purification method, which included ammonium sulfate precipitation and dialysis, raised the specific activity from 1.21 to 20.26 U mg −1 . This meant that the active enzyme fraction had been made stronger. Size-exclusion high-performance liquid chromatography (SEC-HPLC) was used to evaluate molecular changes in protein-rich wastewater. Following enzymatic treatment, chromatographic profiles showed a big change from early-eluting high-molecular-weight protein fractions to late-eluting low-molecular-weight peptides. This was clear proof of proteolytic cleavage. This structural transformation significantly altered on the physical and chemical properties of organic nitrogen, but it didn’t change the amount of organic matter. Biodegradability studies showed that samples that had been treated with enzymes used more oxygen in the first stage of decomposition. The high biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) levels did not mean that pollution was getting worse instead, they meant that microbial oxidation was happening faster because bacteria could get to soluble substrates more easily. The BOD/COD ratio showed that the speed of biodegradation was getting better. Enzymatic hydrolysis turned slowly biodegradable particulate COD into soluble parts that break down quickly. A mechanistic link exists between protein fragmentation and improved biological treatment effectiveness when enzyme purification, molecular-scale chromatographic analysis, and biodegradation performance evaluation are utilized simultaneously. The findings demonstrate that protease-based pretreatment is a viable and energy-efficient approach for mitigating hydrolysis issues in activated sludge systems. This could be a good way to deal with dairy waste that is high in protein.
Abstract:
The tax is one of the elements of the general revenues of the state and contributes to covering its expenses. Taxes are imposed in most countries of the world. The tax proceeds depend on a set of factors that contribute either positively or negatively to the tax share by increasing or decreasing it. Therefore, the research aims to demonstrate the role of the tax examiner's procedures in achieving the validity of the taxable base and its reflection on the tax proceeds, as well as reviewing the tax examiner's procedures related to the tax return process. Examination and tax audit of the financial statements, as well as presenting the financial statements to an independent and i

Although a relatively unspectacular, nonmotile coccoid bacterium, S. aureus is a dangerous human pathogen in both community-acquired and nosocomial infections. Due to the increasing emergence of new strains of this antibiotic-resistant bacteria, it has become essential to approach different methods to control this pathogen. One of these methods is the antimicrobial photodynamic inactivation process using a low-level laser, in this paper, the Photodynamic effects of Rose Bengal and LLLL on the virulence factors of S.aureus were evaluated.
Material Requirements Planning System (MRP) is considered as one of the planning and controlling of production and inventory systems which is used to prepare plan of the final production requirements and its parts of subcomponents raw materials and the time at which it was needed for the purpose of preparing orders of production and purchase.

Methodology: A quasi-experimental design study was conducted involving (140) student purposely in four secondary schools at Al-sadder city (70) student for study group and (70) for control group. The prevalence of PMS selected through American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) (2015) criteria to select PMS students before program. The education program were set in four steps, the first step (pre-test) is to assess the practices, before the implementation of the program, the second step is implementing the program, following two steps post-test I and II betwe

The selection criteria included the cartoons' satirical elements, visual rhetoric, and their ability to engage with themes such as power dynamics, social issues, and public opinion. It sheds light on how these cartoons can function as mediators of meanings between the cartoonists and the readers. The data is examined using multimodal discourse analysis (MDA), which combines language study with the analysis of other visual elements, like colors, gestures, and images, to understand meaning (O’Halloran et al., 2011). As The Blowfish method is known for its efficient security; nevertheless, the encrypting time is long. In this research we try to apply the smoothing filter on the secret image which decreases its size and consequently the encrypting and decrypting time are decreased. The secret image is hidden after encrypting it into another image called the cover image, by the use of one of these two methods" Two-LSB" or" Hiding most bits in blue pixels". Eventually we compare the results of the two methods to determine which one is better to be used according to the PSNR measurs
