This study included effect of polyherbs mixture treatment of diabetic patients type II for two months. The polyherbs mixture contains Nigella sativa seeds, Boswellia carterri gum, Citrus aurantifolia fruits, Elettaria cardamomum fruits. Also this study included estimation of some biochemical parameters in the serum Diabetes Mellitus (D.M.) patients-type II and knowing the relationship of these parameters with this disease. The parameters are glucose, cholesterol ,High density , Low density lipoproteins( HDL-C, LDL-C) respectively , Triglycerides TG, urea, total protein , albumin , Alkaline phosphatase ALP,Transaminase GOT, GPT enzymes . Extensive studies have been conducted on the microbial properties of Streptococcus pneumoniae  all over the world ,but there are few studies in Iraq on the most important factors of virulence possessed by S.pneumoniae isolates found in Iraq , 195 of sputum specimens were collected from patients with pneumonia acquired from the community who were clinically diagnosed by specialized doctors depending on symptoms and  Radiography of Chest . Dielectric measurements were carried on pure and doping potassium sulfate with copper and iron ions samples at 1wt.% and 3wt.% for both of copper and iron. The dielectric constant (ε') decreases exponentially from 2.8 to 1.5 as frequency increase for both dopant which is attributed to the space charge and structural distortion. The dielectric loss (ε") for Cu dopant decrease gradually with frequency. The same behavior for 1%Fe dopant while its 3%Fe doping started from 0.27 then decrease exponential. Band gaps for all samples almost constant around 6 eV.

     In this present paper , a special model was built to govern the equations of  two dimensional peristaltic transport to nanofluid  flow of a heat source in a tapered  considered in an asymmetric channel. The equations of dimensionless temperature concentration are analytical solve under assumption slow Reynolds number and long wave length. Furthermore, the results that receive by expressing the maximum pressure rise  communicates increased in case of  non-Newtonian fluid when equated with Newtonian fluid. Finally, MATHEMATICA  11 program has been used to solve such system after obtaining the initial conditions.  Most of the results  of drawing  for many are obtained via above program .
