Background: The appointment system is a common practice in primary health care clinics in developed countries. The patients and health care providers in the primary health care setting perceived the appointment system as an indicator of good quality service.

Research studies show that urban green spaces promote physical activity, the health of urban residents, and psychological well-being. Taking the community park in Duhok city as the research object, the spatial service area in terms of accessibility of to the Community Park under the mode of pedestrian transportation is analyzed by using the network analysis service area function of the geographic information system (GIS). January 2008 , in order to describe the status of the environmental sanitation and the prevalence of rodents infestation in nine quarters in Baghdad city . The results showed that the PI varied between 40 -

100% in garbage accumulation places and between 33.3 - 100% in the

other sites (houses , shops , bakeries and book shops) . A microbial contamination of several primary schools (official and private) in
Baghdad city was conducted. Sampling was performed in each school from desk,
door handle, and hand of students.
Out of 113swabs (classes desk, door holder, and students hands ) obtained from
ten primary schools, growth wasobserved in 91 samples (80.5%) (for official
school 84.6% and 71.4 for private school.
The results of recent study revealed that the official schools showed higher
contamination levels(130 CFU ) than private ones (90 CFU).
