We find that the spectral fluctuations of are consistent with the Gaussian orthogonal ensemble of random matrices. (Cestoda: Trypanorhyncha) parasitic in body cavity of two carangid fishes (Carangoides malabaricus and Megalaspis cordyla) from north west Arab Gulf, Iraq, is described.
