Thirty six bacteria were isolated from various sourcesc (soil, starch, cooked rice and other foods) and subjected to a series of primary screening tests to obtain the optimal isolation to production of amylase. The volume of producing zone by logal indicator for (Seven) isolates of the secondary screening by measuring the enzymatic activity and specific enzymatic activity. The isolate A4 was found to be the most efficient for production of amylase.   We described herein the synthesized and characterized of new bent and liner core compounds containing thiazolidin-4-one ring[XI-XIII] and [XIV-XVI] respectively. These compounds synthesized by sequence reactions starting from reaction resorcinol or hydroquinone with chloracetyl chloride to yield compounds [I] and [II] ,then the later compounds reactant with 4-hydroxybenzylaldehyde to product dialdehyde compounds [III] and [IV] .The Schiff bases compounds[V-VII] and [VIII-X] synthesized from reaction the compound [III] or [IV] with different aromatic  amines, while the bent and liner core mesogens containing thiazolidin-4-one ring [XI-XIII] and [XIV-XVI] synthesized from reaction Schiff bases compounds[V-VII] or  [VIII-X]

    Lipase was extracted by Sodium acetate buffer (pH=6; 0.05M) Containing 0.1M NaCl. Enzyme content of crude extract was concentrated by gradual addition of ammonium sulfate at 30-60% saturation. The dialyzed extract was purified on ion-exchange chromatography through DEAE–Cellulose and gel-filtration chromatography through sephacryl S-200 column. The specific activity, enzyme yield and fold purification were 54.06 unit/mg, 42.6% and 10.88 respectively. The molecular weight of the Lipase was 43.651 KDa as determined by gel-filtration chromatography through sephacryl S-200 column. Partial purified lipase used for the improvement of the flavor of butter fat after 12 hours for storage.
