performed  involving  1,4 phenylenediamine  (A) and  anthran i lic acid (B) ligand  at 25°C  and  aconstant  ionic strength  of  µ= 0.05M  NaC I04•  The optimum  pH was  found  to be pH=4.l. The format ion  rat io of the new complex   is   determined   to   be   2:1:4  of   Fe(III):(A):(B).   The   molar absorptivity was determined to be :::::: 0.5 x  I 04•  Stepwise spectrum change of the complex formation  is recorded by continuous flow system. One hundred twelve urine samples were collected from Baghdad hospitals and examined by different identification techniques. Seventy isolates (62.5%) were diagnosed as Escherichia coli after microscopic and cultural identifications. The result of PCR product electrophoresis on the isolates showed that thirteen isolates (18.57%) have Pap E gene which are uropathogenic E. coli. Shumblan (SH) is one of the most undesirable aquatic plants widespread in the irrigation channels and water bodies. This work focuses on boosting the biogas potential of shumblan by co-digesting it with other types of wastes without employing any chemical or thermal pretreatments as done in previous studies. A maximum biogas recovery of 378 ml/g VS was reached using shumblan with cow manure as inoculum in a ratio of 1:1. The methane content of the biogas was 55%.    The present research was conducted to synthesis Y-Zeolite by sol-gel technique using MWCNT (multiwalled carbon nanotubes) as crystallization medium to get a narrow range of particle size distribution with small average size compared with ordinary methods. The phase pattern, chemical structure, particle size, and surface area were detected by XRD, FTIR, BET and AFM, respectively.
