The present study aimed to investigate the anatomy, histology, and immunohistochemistry of parathyroid gland in two Iraqi mammals (Weasel, Herpestes javanicus and Long-ear hedgehog, Hemiechinus auritus) as a comparative study. A total of (20) animal for each species were used in the present study. Animals collected were immediately anesthesia and dissected to get the parathyroid gland. Methods of Humason and Bancroft and Stevens were employed for histological techniques. Different stains were used (Hematoxylin- Eosin stain-(H & E), Periodic Acid Schiff stain-(PAS), Azan stain, and Methyl Blue stain-(MB)) for staining the histological sections. Anti-calcitonin, code140778 marker used for immune-histochemical study. Results of the present study revealed that parathyroid glands in both animals under investigation were small, oval or irregular shape glands located in attached with thyroid gland. Histologically parathyroid gland in both studied animals were surrounded by thin connective tissue capsule, which represented as an extension from thyroid gland capsule, the capsule extended inside the gland tissue to separated it into several lobules. Three types of cells were recognized in the gland tissue represented by chief cells, oxyphil cells, and water clear cells. The immunohistochemical study of parathyroid gland in both species under investigation revealed response to interaction with calcitonin, as the cells appeared in brown color giving an evidence for the immune reaction in cytoplasm and plasma membrane of the cells, but the reaction in H. auritus was weaker than that in H. javanicus.

this paper, polycrystalline ZnO thin films were prepared by chemical
spray pyrolysis technique, the films were deposited onto glass
substrate at 400 °C by using aqueous zinc chloride as a spray
solution of molar concentration of 0.1 M/L.
The crystallographic structure of the prepared film was analyzed
using X-ray diffraction; the result shows that the film was
polycrystalline, the grain size which was calculated at (002) was

In this research, we studied the structural and optical properties of In2O3 films which prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis method on the glass substrate heated 400 . The effect of annealing temperature 100 for one hour on theses properties are studied. The result of Xray diffraction showed the prepared films were polycrystalline and orientation was (222) before and after annealing, optical properties study for prepared films by using (UV-VIS-NIR) spectrophotometer in the wave length range (300-1100)nm, We found the transmission increases after annealing to 90%. Sensitivity measurement of In2O3 films for gas (CO) and optical detector showed that after annealing at temperature 100 .
One of the most powerful tools for any stellar dynamics is the N-body simulation. In an N-body simulation the motion of N particles is followed under their mutual gravitational attraction. In this paper the gravitational N-body simulation is described to investigate Newtonian and non- Newtonian (modified Newtonian dynamics) interaction between the stars of spiral galaxies. New substituted anthraquinones with amino derivations fragments were synthesized through the substitution of bromine atom by different amines using the Ullmann coupling reaction. Obtained compounds based on anthraquinone used for experimental antimicrobial studies. The structure of the synthesized compounds was confirmed by LC-MS and 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopy.
