The experiment was conducted using factorial arrangement within Randomized Complete Block Design with two factors and three replicates (3X3X3). The research aims to identify the level of educational supervisors' practices of their supervisory duties according to the requirements of comprehensive quality from the viewpoint of teachers in Oman.
