public relations at Al-Shuhadaa Establishment: an analytical study of social networking sites and the website) came to know and monitor the contents of social networking sites for Al-Shuhadaa Establishment, the research problem was represented by the main question: (What is the effectiveness of social networking sites and the website of Al-Shuhadaa Establishment) ,This research was classified within the descriptive research, and the two researchers adopted the survey method in order to achieve the objectives of the research, and they used the tool: content analysis as a research tool, the analysis of the contents included the official website of the establishment (Instagram page), and other social networking sites that Al-Shuhadaa Establishment communicate with its audience, and the content analysis included publications for the period from 1/7/2021 to 31/7/2021, which amounted to 48 publications. The research several results, the most important of which were: 1-The news of the general managers comes first in the institution's publications on Instagram page. 2-The establishment does not respond to most of the questions and inquiries from the public that they raise through comments on its publications, as it did not answer about 400 questions during the research period. 3-he presence of several pages on Facebook by the name (Al-Shuhadaa Establishment) and identifying itself as a governmental organization. 4-The unofficial pages bearing the name of the institution on Facebook obtain more interactions from the public than the official page of the establishment. 5-The lack of knowledge of those in charge of managing the social networking sites in the establishment about the newsletter and cultural magazine , and the issuance of the guide.

The aim of the research is to determine the impact of the Iraqi public budget on IPSASs by conducting the questionnaire; the research was based on the hypothesis that "there is an impact of the adoption of the International Accounting Standards in the general budget of Iraq”. The research concluded that the government accounting system closely interferes with the general budget at all stages. ... Show MoreThe aim of the present work, was measuring of uranium concentrations in 25 soil samples from five locations of Al-Kut city. The samples taken from different depths ranged from soil surface to 60cm step 15 cm, for this measurement of uranium concentrations .The most widely used technique SSNTDs was chosen to be the measurement technique. Results showed that the higher concentrations were in Hai Al- Kafaat which recorded 1.49 ± 0.054 ppm . The uranium content in soil samples were less than permissible limit of UNSCEAR(11.7ppm).
