public relations at Al-Shuhadaa Establishment: an analytical study of social networking sites and the website) came to know and monitor the contents of social networking sites for Al-Shuhadaa Establishment, the research problem was represented by the main question: (What is the effectiveness of social networking sites and the website of Al-Shuhadaa Establishment) ,This research was classified within the descriptive research, and the two researchers adopted the survey method in order to achieve the objectives of the research, and they used the tool: content analysis as a research tool, the analysis of the contents included the official website of the establishment (Instagram page), and other social networking sites that Al-Shuhadaa Establishment communicate with its audience, and the content analysis included publications for the period from 1/7/2021 to 31/7/2021, which amounted to 48 publications. The research several results, the most important of which were: 1-The news of the general managers comes first in the institution's publications on Instagram page. 2-The establishment does not respond to most of the questions and inquiries from the public that they raise through comments on its publications, as it did not answer about 400 questions during the research period. 3-he presence of several pages on Facebook by the name (Al-Shuhadaa Establishment) and identifying itself as a governmental organization. 4-The unofficial pages bearing the name of the institution on Facebook obtain more interactions from the public than the official page of the establishment. 5-The lack of knowledge of those in charge of managing the social networking sites in the establishment about the newsletter and cultural magazine , and the issuance of the guide.
The survey was carried out From January to April of 2018 on macrofungi samples collected from different places in Halabja province located in north eastern parts of Iraq-Kurdistan region. This region is rich in forest trees and pasture lands with diversity of shrubs and herbs and is expected to support the growth of several macro fungal species. Antibiotics sensitivity test indicated that amikacin followed by chloramphenicol and ciprofloxacin are the most effective antibiotics. The isolates showed multidruge resistant, nine isolates were resistant to 11-15 antibiotics, 3 were resistant to 16-20 antibiotics and 5 were resistant to 21-25 antibiotic. Cardiovascular disease is one of the most common comorbidities associated with enlarged extremities, occurring in 60 % of patients with acromegaly. The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship of growth hormone and insulin such as growth factor-1 with obesity, dyslipidemia, hyperglycemia, and pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-2, IL-6, IL-10), as risk factors for cardiovascular disorder in acromegaly patients. Eighty subjects were included and categorized into two groups: 40 acromegaly patients and 40 of the control group.
