public relations at Al-Shuhadaa Establishment: an analytical study of social networking sites and the website) came to know and monitor the contents of social networking sites for Al-Shuhadaa Establishment, the research problem was represented by the main question: (What is the effectiveness of social networking sites and the website of Al-Shuhadaa Establishment) ,This research was classified within the descriptive research, and the two researchers adopted the survey method in order to achieve the objectives of the research, and they used the tool: content analysis as a research tool, the analysis of the contents included the official website of the establishment (Instagram page), and other social networking sites that Al-Shuhadaa Establishment communicate with its audience, and the content analysis included publications for the period from 1/7/2021 to 31/7/2021, which amounted to 48 publications. The research several results, the most important of which were: 1-The news of the general managers comes first in the institution's publications on Instagram page. 2-The establishment does not respond to most of the questions and inquiries from the public that they raise through comments on its publications, as it did not answer about 400 questions during the research period. 3-he presence of several pages on Facebook by the name (Al-Shuhadaa Establishment) and identifying itself as a governmental organization. 4-The unofficial pages bearing the name of the institution on Facebook obtain more interactions from the public than the official page of the establishment. 5-The lack of knowledge of those in charge of managing the social networking sites in the establishment about the newsletter and cultural magazine , and the issuance of the guide.

This research is concerned with the re-analysis of optical data (the imaginary part of the dielectric function as a function of photon energy E) of a-Si:H films prepared by Jackson et al. and Ferlauto et al. through using nonlinear regression fitting we estimated the optical energy gap and the deviation from the Tauc model by considering the parameter of energy photon-dependence of the momentum matrix element of the p as a free parameter by assuming that density of states distribution to be a square root function. Show MoreThe full energy peak efficiency (ɛ) relation of HpGe detector is determined and compared with the "spectrum shape" relation of natural background (BG) for the (121.8-1408) keV energy range. A one liter Marinelli beaker soil standard containing the Eu-152 material is used in calibration and measurement. A MATLAB fitting program were used obtain the efficiency relation from the experimental values, and to obtain the BG "spectrum shape" relation from the count rates at the corresponding energy values used. The ɛ / BG factor values were 1.154 at the 121.8keV and increase with energy till reaching a maximum value of 4.358 at about 778keV energy and then decrease.
