public relations at Al-Shuhadaa Establishment: an analytical study of social networking sites and the website) came to know and monitor the contents of social networking sites for Al-Shuhadaa Establishment, the research problem was represented by the main question: (What is the effectiveness of social networking sites and the website of Al-Shuhadaa Establishment) ,This research was classified within the descriptive research, and the two researchers adopted the survey method in order to achieve the objectives of the research, and they used the tool: content analysis as a research tool, the analysis of the contents included the official website of the establishment (Instagram page), and other social networking sites that Al-Shuhadaa Establishment communicate with its audience, and the content analysis included publications for the period from 1/7/2021 to 31/7/2021, which amounted to 48 publications. The research several results, the most important of which were: 1-The news of the general managers comes first in the institution's publications on Instagram page. 2-The establishment does not respond to most of the questions and inquiries from the public that they raise through comments on its publications, as it did not answer about 400 questions during the research period. 3-he presence of several pages on Facebook by the name (Al-Shuhadaa Establishment) and identifying itself as a governmental organization. 4-The unofficial pages bearing the name of the institution on Facebook obtain more interactions from the public than the official page of the establishment. 5-The lack of knowledge of those in charge of managing the social networking sites in the establishment about the newsletter and cultural magazine , and the issuance of the guide.
The current paper was designed to find the possible synergic effect of EBV infection with the HPV-16 in Iraqi women suffering from cervical carcinoma. This retrospective study involved paraffinized blocks of two groups. The research included 30 carcinomatous cervical tissues and 15 samples from normal cervical biopsies. The present work establishes and validates HILIC strategies simple, accurate, exact and precise in pure form and inpharmaceutical dosage for separating and determining theophylline. These methods are developed on HILIC theophyllineseparation in columns ZIC2 and ZIC3. The eluent was prepared by mixing buffer (20% sodium acetate-40 mM, pH 5.5), 80%acetonitrile. The flow rate is 0.8 mL/min, with gradient elution and UV detection at 270 nm. In the ZIC2 and ZIC3 columns oftheophylline determining, the concentration range was 0.01-4μg.ml-1. They were based on the monthly data of old aged people in Baghdad and the governorates except for the Kurdistan region from 2016 to 2019. Using Box-Jenkins methodology, the stationarity of the series was examined. The appropriate model order was determined, the parameters were estimated, the significance was tested, adequacy of the model was checked, and then the best model of prediction was used. The best model for forecasting according to criteria of (Normalized BIC, MAPE, RMSE) is ARIMA (0, 1, 2).
